Adult Foster Care Home
Living Waters offers 12 large fully private suites. 2 suites have private full baths while the remaining 10 rooms share a full bathroom with the adjacent suite. All suites and the entire home is handicap friendly. Our Home is also fully furnished. Your room comes with a bed, chair, nightstand, end-table, dresser/armoire, television with cable and more. We can also accommodate your personal furniture as long as we can make it work. Bring your plant and set it in your large window. Bring your favorite Chair, comforter and pictures. We will help you decorate your room how you like it.

Transitioning to a local assisted living facility can be a difficult time and we strive on helping you and your family feel as comfortable and welcome as we can during the adjustment. In short, our mission is to accommodate you, your family and make you a part of our family while keeping your space yours.
Senior Living Facility
This is Senior Living done right. At Living Waters, everything you need is included. Our Home offers 3 Home cooked meals and snacks throughout the day. Custom meal plans and special requirements can always be accomodated. We also welcome the involvement of those who have always enjoyed cooking to our kitchen where we can help them recreate a family favorite or maybe bake their favorite bread or cookies.
24/7 supervision by trained and screened staffing is always provided. We offer secure medication administration and assistance with Activities for Daily Living. All housekeeping laundry, towels and linens are provided. For quality of life and purpose we encourage all clients to engage in daily living activities like organizing their personal space but it is not required.

Additionally we offer delivered Pharmacy services from one of our local partners (Clio Community Pharmacy). We have a Health and Beauty room where local Beauticians will serve the grooming and styling needs of clients who wish to pay for that service. For those who may need recomendations for a doctor or nurse we can help there too with a visiting physicians service that would be billed through the clients insurance.
